20 inch, thin crust 7.5, which is outstanding!The truth is there is not an >8 pizza in CS. But Piasano’s for a Chicago style pizza is as close as you get. That said I wish their thin crust was more New York style, with a crispier undercarriage.

Good pie. Ordered the thin extra crispy. Good pizza but a little light on the toppings.

Very good hand tossed pizza

This Chicago deep dish is delicious! Piasano’s does not disappoint.

Drove 50 minutes to try this pizza and it was absolutely worth it! WOW! The Chicago style pizza was great and reminds me of the real deal from Chicago! Also had a hand tossed pizza and cheese sticks and it was so good. Everything taste so fresh and you can really taste the difference from other pizza places. Had some of the dipping sauces (butter garlic, marinara and jalapeño ranch) they were amazing! Easily the best pizza I’ve had in Texas. The owner was in the shop and you can tell he really enjoys his craft and wants every customer to be happy. I will definitely be back to try the thin crust and calzone in the near future. Try it! You won’t regret it!
