Neopolitan Style pizza made in a Brick Oven imported from Naples .... I didn’t get the traditional cheese I got the “La Donna” with Salami, red onion Parmesan-reggiano cheese .... it was delicious .... Wichita food isn’t the best so this place is a delightful surprise ..... heavy flop , no grease , perfect cheese to sauce ratio ..... the only thing keeping me from coming back weekly is the prices , $16.00 avg for a small personal pizza .... also the service is quick and knowledge

Everyone knows Neapolitan always starts at 6.8. So I think that this a fair score.

Dang good pizza. flakey crust, mine had a lot of flop which I’m not he biggest fan of, but very thin which is a plus. Minimal grease for a pepperoni. Sauce tasted great, not overly saucy. Cheese was good.

A little too much flop for my taste but their sauce is great and ingredients are real fresh. Would have left it in just a little bit longer.

Great Flavor, excellent pepperoni, outer crust is solid crunch in a good way, the breading could use a bit more crunch; but all in all a great piece of pizza.

Great pizza. Best you’ll find in Wichita. The pie was a little soft. Not a lot of crunch. Oven may have been too hot to get a solid crust- it was a little too floppy. Sauce was very sweet, blend of cheese is fantastic.

Very good pizza. Slight flop. Very nice dough, sauce is fantastic. Great Neapolitan pizza and probably the best pizza you’ll find in Wichita. This is the margherita pizza.
