Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca

Had potential but due to the quality of the products it failed to deliver. Low quality mozzarella that separated when cooling off and turned grainy. Tomatoes were not sweet. The restaurant is cute and with quality ingredients it would be a hit.

This is the Lebron pizza, lots of flop. Decent undercarriage, tangy sauce and good cheese ratio. Not too thick. Great with a beer
