Piazza Italia

So I don’t know what happened here but this pizza was very disappointing. When you look at it, you’re like “ok ok this doesn’t look too bad, it actually looks pretty good”. But when you bite into it, that all changes. First off, I guess this is there regular cheese pizza. It kind of looks like a Chinese knock off of a Margherita pizza you can get in New York but whatever. The crust ratio at the end of the pie is normal and that’s about all this pizza has going for it. The crust was way too doughy and soft for what it looks like. You’d think it be crispy with the way it looks but no, it’s the exact opposite. It does have a slight charred flavor and some residual flour but that doesn’t matter with this pie. The sauce to cheese ratio is definitely in majority with the sauce. Which is a rarity and I usually prefer it that way but with this pie, nah. The sauce is bland and the cheese is ok. Nothing special with this pie. You’re better off getting a pie at domino’s and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Domino’s is good for what you get. At least they have quality control and standards. Get Domino’s if you’re here or just don’t get pizza at all.
