Piazza Pizza & Pasta

Pretty solid flop not too droopy also not too stiff, thin but not super thin it has a good crunch still, pretty good sauce some fresh marinara, and the cheese is good mozz. too but I think you taste a little bit more of the sauce. Nice crust not to chewy or stiff, overall it’s a very solid pie. I would say it’s a step up from bar pizza but is still in that ballpark and isn’t too greasy
