Neapolitan - Texture is good, flavor is strangely sour. Maybe a bad day? 6.0.
Sicilian - Great fluffy texture, great buttery flavor, cheese and sauce balance is just right, crisp bottom. 8.5.
Grandma - thin, great crisp, decent flavor. Just a little bland. 7.8
