Alright this is a medium cheese pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by this pie having seen pictures of it prior to having it and it just didn’t look like my type of pizza. However, it was very good regardless.
Pros: Really good crunch to the crust, it was cooked well. The sauce had a lot of flavor as did the cheese. Not super doughy which is right up my alley.
Cons: Undercarriage was a little floppy even though the pizza seemed to be cooked well. There was some grease, but not so much that it was a problem. The cheese was good, but a little chewy.
A good pizza, always a good option if you are in the area. Seems simple, but the unique shape and way they cut it makes it different. Good pie!
