Pizza Review
The pizza at Picciotto was good, and while there were some definite highlights, a few aspects detracted from the overall experience. The flavor was impressive—very tasteful with well-balanced ingredients that came together nicely. The dough was perfectly cooked with a wonderful charred crust that added a pleasant texture and depth of flavor. However, the pie was extremely thin, which unfortunately resulted in major flop when handling the slices. This lack of structural integrity made the pizza a bit tricky to enjoy, especially if you’re a fan of a firm undercarriage. While the taste was on point, the flop took away from what could have been a top-tier pizza experience
