Tasted this slice after it had cooled a bit. The flop was just about perfect, Goldilocks and the 3 bears balanced. No score for that, just a preference thing. Really enjoyed the crispiness of the crust and quality of the sauce. Emphasis on quality....quantity was a problem - needs more sauce! I’m a cheese stickler, and the cheese dropped it below an 8 for me. Not stringy, but flavor overpowered rather than being part of the balance. 7.4 - that’s a review

The crust is fantastic, its buttery, crispy on the outside and chewy in the center with a light texture. I didnt like the sauce at all, it was applied lightly and tasted "never there". The sauce was also overpowered by the salty cheese. The taste of the cheese was just too salty for me, but the texture was nice and stringy, with just enough grease. Would return for another slice but with other toppings.
