I am still alive thankfully...but the Pizza reviews have surely been few and far between as I continue to try and dodge this virus...
Anyways, I decided to give this place a shot...more for the Pasta entrees, but seeing that they have a pretty big Pizza menu, I had to get a couple slices. Man... it appears the pizza reviewing public has been pretty hard on Piccolo Trattoria or maybe I just happened to get a well above standard pie...because in my opinion the couple brazen BAD scores are off base. The slices I had were paper thin, STRONG flop, and a bit greasy...but the sweeter sauce was better than average to me with a hint of basil in there and the cheese selection was fine. Outer crust was crispy too despite the big time flop. It’s certainly not anywhere near the best...but I don’t agree with the low low scores I saw. 6.8 - that’s a review.
