Piccolo Trattoria

Great crisp to the crust.

Basic slice. Sauce did not have much flavor.

I am still alive thankfully...but the Pizza reviews have surely been few and far between as I continue to try and dodge this virus... Anyways, I decided to give this place a shot...more for the Pasta entrees, but seeing that they have a pretty big Pizza menu, I had to get a couple slices. Man... it appears the pizza reviewing public has been pretty hard on Piccolo Trattoria or maybe I just happened to get a well above standard pie...because in my opinion the couple brazen BAD scores are off base. The slices I had were paper thin, STRONG flop, and a bit greasy...but the sweeter sauce was better than average to me with a hint of basil in there and the cheese selection was fine. Outer crust was crispy too despite the big time flop. It’s certainly not anywhere near the best...but I don’t agree with the low low scores I saw. 6.8 - that’s a review.

This review is just based on the plain slice. The other slice was pretty good, I'd probably get it a 6.8. however the plain slice reminded me of cafeteria pizza. Edible but a really poor slice. Definitely disappointed

Good crunch, fresh mozzarella, sauce is chunky needs a bit more pizazz. Barely any flop

Ordered the personal margarita pizza and was very disappointed. Way too much tomato in comparison to the cheese. Fresh Basel was nice. Crust was crisp but very dry, almost as if it had been pre-cooked. Epic failure.

Good, generic but sweet sauce. Flavorful, extremely chewy sauce. Massive flop, crisp crust. Sloppy hot.
