Alright One Bite peeps, we're at.....where the hell are we? Pie Five in Smyrna, TN. This isnt a true review because they were out of the traditional crust, and I wasnt gonna wait 20 minutes for them to make some more, so I had to go with pan crust. A little upset about that, right off the bat so here goes nothing. One bite, everybody knows the rules. Okay so it's a little heavy on the cheese but that's the way I like it. Super fresh mozzarella! You should have seen this cheese. Texas sized shredded cheese! Looked like fuckin fettuccine! The sauce is actually fantastic! Tastes super fresh, a little tang to it. Big fan of the sauce! I know it's a pan style but the dough is actually good. Not too doughy for pan pizza. I'll definitely be back to try it with traditional crust but for now 7.3, that's a review.
