Ok for what it is (I like the concept). Unfortunately, both mine and my wife’s pizzas needed more cook time. Pretty decent sauce. More cook time would have resulted in a fair bit higher score.

For starters it wasn’t very hot. By the end of my first slice the pizza was cold. Very soft and doughy with no crunch. I’d recommend Urban Brick as a better build your own pizza place.

This is as middle of the road as pizza gets. It’s very quick less than 5 minutes it for the price I can see why there was no wait at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. If your looking for a quick, pricey pizza for lunch it’s not as good as Urban Bricks. Not living in Lubbock I assume this places gets a lot of spillover business from their next door neighbor and there’s nothing wrong with that strategy. I also don’t see this quick personal pizza fad lasting more than another 12-18 months. Worth checking out, maybe you’ll like it more.
