Pie in the Sky Bakery & Cafe

This is very good Neapolitan pizza, light airy crust perfectly charred. Quality cheese and a really tasty sauce...all done out of a wood fired oven on a trailer, quite impressive.

Very good small batch pizza here. Guy cooks it on a little transportable trailer stand type deal. Really really cool. 100% recommended for that reason alone. Soft slightly crunchy wood fired crust. I wish it had a bit more crisp for me, but still good. Sauce was good, very light on the cheese. No complaints. Good pizza here
