Pie In The Sky Pizza Cayucos

This pizza is very good. My workmate and I grabbed a couple slices on our way back from a job. I’ll ignore the cheese, think it had a bad day. Let’s focus on the pepperoni tho. This was the best local slice of pizza I have had. We’re talking quality and flavor combined. I have a unique palate for pizza, so I don’t expect everyone to agree with me all the time, but if I’m speaking from a professional standpoint, this pizza HITS. Anyone who truly understands the pizza rating scale will agree with this rating. If we were rating out of SLO county alone, this is up there with Flour House. Crispy pepperoni, perfect cheese sauce crust ratio. It’s as good as it looks in the video. Top tier
