Pie O Mine Greens

Did my girlfriend make this? Perhaps. As a professional will I let that skew my ranking and cloud my judgment? Absolutely not. The best aspect of this pizza is the cheese. Undercarriage is a bit overdone but that’s expected with brick oven pizza. Solid ingredients nonetheless, could benefit from a better sauce, that was a bit underwhelming and flavorless. Missed out on the experience of it being made in front of me, sure I would’ve enjoyed that. Buffalopizzaguy you’re a twink soy boy, and a disgrace to the community.

Decent

Not the best. Good undercarriage, decent cheese, ok sauce. It is a bit crispy, not too crazy. Could’ve been better, but 6.2 is my honest score. By the way, this place is Orchard Park Country Club, Orchard Park NY. It’s not on the app so had to put it here.

Very good pizza, a little thin, good smoky flavor

I’ve ordered a bunch of pies from here it’s slowing becoming a favorite. I order make your own w/Fresh not the shredded Mozzarella, galic, basil , oregano. Depending on who’s working the oven , 7.9-8.3 I’m going 8.1 That’s a review!
