Good overall but the crust was ok GEAT cheese pizza It is a 6.7 overall

Little greasy, little floppy but good sauce, good flavor! Overall, I definitely recommend it to anyone within an hour drive. One bite, everybody knows the rules.

Good cheese pizza.

Slam dunk pies, on the fancy and expensive side. The signature pies are probably the best in town. A plain classic pie is good but no 8 pointer. 7.3 for the classic but 7.6 overall bc they have really good special/custom options

Very good. Specialty pizzas had too much flop. Standard pizzas were no flop. Standard cheese is dang good and the sauce is as excellent.

Taste likes a 7.1 but we waited over 45mins and it's greasy as shit. Flop for days.

Listen, this is a good cheese pizza. There were a few more house specials that I wanted to try as well, but for my first slice, cheese was a solid choice. The crust was crispy, and the cheese was on point. Also, Main Root soda! Great atmosphere to go with the pizza, you can watch them toss the dough, which was great for the kids. Love this place. 6.8 on the pizza, very good score for my taste.

Truth be told this is a San Marcos 10. The crust is very crispy with minimal flop. The cheese is good but not the best. The sauce is lacking in flavor and could be improved on if they want to see the 8s. Overall a solid pie and worth its above average price tag. 7.1

On a weighted scale, this place is a Texas 12.0. Great slice selection. Slices themselves have a great crust, sauce, and cheese ratio. Crust can sometimes border on chewy, but most often an excellent crunch. Whole pies can be a little less consistent and occasionally greasy. Friendly staff and solid beer selection makes this place a constant favorite.

Good solid slice, light and crispy crust. No flop. Could have a little more cheese, sauce had a nice tang. Rookie score of 7.0. Terrible parking at lunch time. Great staff, love the Maine Root Coke.

No I’m not telling anyone to drink and drive so if you’re on the square just get your Valentino’s and be happy. If however you somehow find yourself in San Marcos while sober enough to drive this place is well worth the trip. Solid slice. 7.4
