Pie Tap Pizza + Rotisserie + Bar

I’m a thin crust guy for starters. This pie (only did the half pie as it’s the lunch special with a salad). First bite, a little fluffy for my liking, but if you’re a fluff guy, you will like it. Little to no flop, but I tend to like more of a crunch and char, but solid crunch for having some fluff to the dough. Great service and will come back to try a full sized pie and give them a shot given I went the personal pie size. Stay tuned for that review.
