Pie95 Pizza

This was our first attempt with this pizza. For 1 there is only one size and the price is COMPLETELY overvalued. This is a medium pizza in size. 24 dollars is ridiculous price for a medium pizza. Mind you this is NOT stated on the menu the size and knowing that you are over paying for the size. One bite. Sauce review bland very hollow in flavor. The crust is flavorless. Toppings, this was pepperoni pizza.. it had 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice very VERY slim coverage. More sauce visible on the slice than cheese. This pizza was extremely disappointing.

If Neapolitan is your style, you’ll enjoy this place. Nice char on the crust, great sauce, no grease. Great pie

I went there expecting a really good pizza based on comments from friends that had been there in the past. Admittedly they had not been there recently and so I’m not gonna hold this against them. this is the only time that I have found pizza to be so inedible that I literally ate one slice and ignored the rest. The person that I was with did the same. Two servers walked by and asked if we wanted a box and both of us said no . We’ve told them that we were finished and wouldn’t be taking it with us. Only the second server even bothered to ask if there was an issue with the pizza and we both told her that it was simply an edible. She apologized, but did not offer anything other than herregrets that we did not enjoy it and said that she hoped we would be back. No way in hell.

This pizza was good but in my opinion it’s not an 8. It reminded me of V pizza a bit. The sauce was kind of bland for my taste. The cheese was not greasy at all. The ingredients were fresh. The staff were very nice.

Thin pizza, light, with fluffy, crispy crust and tons of char. Slight flop. We had the Margherita which is the one you should try. Great taste

One of the best in Jax. Crust could be crispier, but pretty good for Neapolitan. Will definitely be back.

One of the best I’ve ever experienced! Evan and his team know how to make a pie! Light but medium thickness crust, the BBR is weird but worth it!

Me and my buddy were in Jacksonville for a convention, I checked my one bite app around lunch time (the usual way to find good pizza) I saw pie:95 clocking in with an 8+ score and when I say they delivered...THEY DELIVERED. We stumbled in 30 min to close (we said we'd take it to go to be respectful to the operating hours) they said don't worry about it, take a seat. The owner proceeded to talk to us one on one and share the history of the place with us and made us feel very welcome. The pizza was soft and crispy with generous toppings and a nice wood kissed flavor to the crust. I couldn't have asked for a better first impression from a caring establishment.

Perfect crust… thickness, char level, flavor. Good cheese and a little underwhelming on the sauce, but everything else about it made up for it. Hip place!

To start off this is a food truck to find them go on Instagram where they post where they will be weekly. Saying that this is the best pizza in Jacksonville by a mile every other pizza place here (in Jacksonville)has no taste especially the plain tasting crust is a problem around here. This pizza has great undercarriage and a soft crunchy dough. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Solid pizza. Dough was fluffy and flavorful. Neopolitan style. Minimal Jacksonville flop. Fresh tasting. You can only get so good for Neopolitan style and this is about at the top for that kind of pizza. One bite everybody knows the rules!
