Love John and his recipes. So innovative and perfectly balanced with flavors. His Grandmas Is on point. Every bit as good as a Jersey/New York pizzeria.

The dough is very chewy, extreme flop, the sauce is on the spicy side which wasn’t bad but not amazing, very slight crisp on the crust edges but nowhere else, decent pizza if you live nearby but not worth a long trip and the customer service is extremely meh. The girl at the register doesn’t seem happy or excited whatsoever and neither do the pie makers. Very cold vibes from the staff. Taste and texture is a 6.8, not taking any points away for poor service though.

This is the best New York style pizza I’ve had in Orlando. I’ve been here multiple times, and every slice I get is made to perfection.

Granted it isn’t a cheese. The jalapeños and onions were fresh because they cut them after we were ordered. The undercarriage was decent, there was flop. Overall not a bad pizza, but I feel like the grandmother style is much better even though I prefer thin crust pizzas.

The squares are where it’s at for this place. The grandma is on the left and the bruschetta is on the right. Their regular cheese is alright, but the squares here are next level in comparison.

Best pizza in Orlando, FL hands down. Definitely try the grandma’s slice as well. Owners are from New York and know what they’re doing. Plenty of flavor and baked to perfection.

Solid local pizza - good crisp and chew. Good undercarriage. Not life changing but it works.

Super nice people. Not much of a selection for pre made slices. Pizza tastes good but it's just not there.

Decent overall taste, good undercarriage, good cheese pull, good cheese/sauce/bread ratio, solid Italian-America vibes in store. Sauce was too tangy and needed sweetness, crust lacked flavor, was missing “wow” factor. Just not blown away

A bit greasy, not a ton of flavor. As average of a slice as you can get. Not bad for Florida

Great crisp and undercarriage. Nice tangy sauce. Wish we had this place back in Wisconsin and believe me I’ve had my share of pizza in WI.

You need to get to this place asap! It is seriously #1 and everyone from NY even says so. This guy is amazingly talented pizza maker! You might even want consider giving Frankie some for once too!!

As close to an authentic slice as you’ll find. Solid undercarriage, even moots, and a traditional sauce. Very well balanced. A bit of grease due to reheat but I’m really nit picking here. The roof of my mouth is destroyed and I’m not one bit mad.

Totally my style, light, nice crisp. Great Sauce and Cheese. Awesome

Regular cheese slice, minimal flop well cooked. Sauce had a lot of tang going on, little too much for my liking. Pizza was super hot, still managed to burn my face off after a couple good blows. Grandmas pizza was pretty airy, gave that a 7.1. Overall good local place. One of the only Florida places serving Pepsi.

Good football pizza. No flop from a slice but a fresh made I believe would be a red hot mess. A good red hot mess. Zero grease.

Not bad square slices! Pictured is bruschetta specialty slice. Square slices are better than the traditional at this location IMO

Good: extremely crispy Bad: very greasy! tang was way too wrong and mad the pizza taste bad.

Right of the bat first thing I notice was the smell!! Not a bad smell but a different cheesy smell. I dont know but its good. Very very oily!! Was pool of oil in the middle of the pizza, not a big fan of that. First bite very cheesy, probably too much cheese. The cheese was almost coming right off the pizza. I like that it was thin but could be crisped up a little more. Sauce was good.... but not great. You could tell it wasnt homemade sauce. Overall it's a solid pizza. Not a place I would reccomend but it's good enough to buy a slice if your in the area.
