My wife insists this should fall in the 6.0 range but just because I’m married doesn’t mean I can’t have my own pizza opinions. I stand firm this was a very solid custom pie. Enjoyed the jalapeño and roasted corn topping. Perfect amount of spice with a touch of crushed red. The only knock is that it took too long to make. Would have been an upper 7 had it not been for that.
