Pieology Pizzeria, Seminole

Pizza review here in Seminole Florida. Pieology has over 130 locations in 22 states. 1. I've been to some of the best pizza places from Florida to NY. This place is different, it is more of a novelty place than anything else. It is pretty decent as you go down the line custom making your own pie. 2. The dough was cracker like and the sauce was kind of average, with ( I think) a heavy basil flavor or something over powering it. 3. The cheese was very good and the sausage was run of the mill. 4. Overall just like CiCi's pizza buffet, I would come back again, not because it is the best, but it is fun and interesting to build your own pie with the dozens of ingredients.
