Pieology Pizzeria, St. George

After a 2-week stay here in St. George, Utah, I finally got to experience one of the pizza joints. Evidently, I chose the wrong one 😩 I ordered the thin crust with pepperoni and green peppers. The pie was small, thin, and flavorless. When I was handed the box, I didn’t think anything was in there! The crust was harder than the box it came in, with absolutely no flop. It more resembled flatbread. The pizza was so small, I should’ve ordered two. The pizza sauce, which is important to me, was non-existent. The toppings were descent, but just seemed to be a little stale. This pizza was given to me in less than 10 minutes from the time I ordered it, which indicates that it wasn’t freshly made. This was good flatbread, but I ordered pizza 🍕 5.1 🍕
