A little bit doughy and cooked less than I like. No crisp when you bit into it. Ingredients seem to be high quality - $16 for a small personalish size pizza.

It is a nice pizza good crust and taste fine would have it again it is a good pizza.

Chewy crust, nice char, lots of flop, but good flavors overall. Great house made pastrami as well.

It’s all about the cheese. A good. Could’ve done without the flop though.

Fancy Pizza- ain’t no football pizza

Best pizza I’ve had in Austin for sure. Wood fired, super quick cooking leaves Smokey taste. Sound ingredients. Maybe a bit ‘bready’ and base needs a bit of crunch but can’t complain too much..

The Fat Queen was Nice and fresh. If there was less char on the bottom of the crust, the score would be higher. The Caesar salad was excellent and the chocolate bread pudding was awesome too.

If it wasn’t for the sauce, this pizza would be a 1.8. Sauce is top notch and I do like the hint of smoke on the crust, but the crust/dough is way too floppy and soft, and the cheese looks a bit too much like jizz. The sauce saves this pie

Not overly impressed at all. The dough was way too fluffy and there wasn’t a crisp to the pizza at all. The cheese has a super odd texture. Saving grace was the sauce which was amazing.

Amazing sauce and cheese. Crust is a little soft and reminds me of mod, but makes up for it with the sauce. All in all great pizza

Pretty good, more cheese than s regular neapolitan which was nice. Some parts of the crust were too burnt for me. No flop minimal grease!

House on Fire is not terribly spicy while maintaining a great savory profile. Crust has a mild yeasty flavor but great consistency. Missing some crunch from the crust.

Best pizza in Austin - I love the sourdough crust. Best Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had, even better than the pizza in Naples. It’s not soggy in the middle like neapolitans can often be.

I’m from NYC and I’ve been to Italy... this pie tops them.

Pieous used to be my absolute favorite in AUSTIN but this experience was less than stellar. Our Margherita was very soggy in the middle and I wished for more cheese towards the edge, and a little more salt in the sauce. Dough is always on point. Just wanted it a little hotter and a little crispier. I miss the old location, but I’ll be back to try it again. Love the pastrami and the staff and almost everything else about this spot.
