Pizza Review
Ordered a large pepperoni, green pepper, and onion pizza on their sourdough crust. I usually prefer thin crust, but this was good and satisfying. The ingredients were fresh, and the combination of the sweet sauce, cheese, and toppings were evenly applied. It’s important to not overwhelm a topping where the other toppings get lost. This was not the case, they nailed it. The only issue I had with this pizza was that the crust should of been cooked a little longer. It was a too doughy. I like more if a charcoal undercarriage, which would of made this pizza better. The pizza is too thick to have a doughy crust. Still, a good pizza πŸ•7.1 πŸ•πŸ»
