Thin, no flip, sauce is good and tangy. Crust has a Good crunch . Taste just a bit doughy but very good tasty pizza. Having eating pizza in NY for 30 yrs -Pieros does pizza right!!!

Super thin and crispy! Some flop, some grease! Nice undercarriage overall not bad!
