Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

Weird sweet sauce, under cooked crust. Olives were the best part.

The cheese is the best part about this. Sauce and crust are both alright. Overall, slightly above average for Florida pizza.

Decent pizza, definitely heavy. The dough was odd, crispy on the bottom and doughy under the sauce. Zero flop, great tang, complex cheese flavors. Great pizza, probably better when it’s not 94° and you have a thick layer of brewskis on.

Solid pizza and good crust topping throw it off need the cheese gold medal slice to make a solid score but overall good stuff if you’re in the area

Very Good pizza. Crust has a nice little crunch. Sauce and cheese taste great. Highly recommend if you’re in the Gainesville area. The Italian sausage is my favorite topping.

Some flop very Good crust nice crunch. Very cheesy but not to greasy. Got it fresh out the oven.

The crust is thinner and crispy but it's fresh. The cheese is good, sauce is great. Not too greasy. The "Stone-fire" does give it a good flavor.

Pizza wasn’t hot when I got to it, but that was made up for by a solid flavored sauce, and good tasting cheese. Stone fire gives a wonderfully crispy crunch to the crust. Very little New York flop. Solid pie Franky.
