Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza – Archer (Tower Rd)

I REALLY wanted this slice to be great. Staff was super friendly and the place super clean. But pizza just so-so. Flavor profile kind of bland.

Arguably the Best Pizza in Gainesville! If you want Stone-Fired Cheese Pizza.

I have tried pizza in New York and Miami. I think Piesanos is hands down the best pizza in Gainesville Florida. We would love a review from Dave.

Their other pizzas are better than the Old Fashion. It’s still very good. A little aggressive with the garlic chunks.

Very fire the the meatball was very good and the pep was nice. Thought there could be more sauce and it has some flop, but we took it home so I’ll have to try it fresh

Good pizza here! I give the cheese a 7.2 and the “Old Fashioned” a 7.6, for what that’s worth…as far as the cheese is concerned (the one I’m leaving a rating for), the crust was wonderful, the sauce was very balanced and flavorful, and the cheese was great but not amazing.

Good pizza, lots of cheese with some flop. Little bit of grease but flavor makes up for it.

Alright Frankie. I had high hopes for this place. It's a little bit fancy but reasonable at bucks for a large cheese pie. The pizza was alright not great but a lot better than the garbage you get at the big corporate places. More flop than I like but it wasn't greasy and the crust had a decent crunch. The sauce and crust is just kinda bland, nothing special. But its Gainesville Florida... so for here it's pretty good. 7.1 that's the score, it's a fair score if you've had great pizza.
