Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza - OTOW

Unfortunately way under cooked! Sent it back to cook a little longer and it came back the same and cold.

Pizza Antico (Ultra thin) & Quadruple Pepperoni, well done. Food was good. Some flop but good flavor. Give it a solid 7.3.

Great Flavor. Very good cheese. Good balance of sauce and good flavor in sauce. Lots of flop.

For an area not known for its pizza I’m pleasantly surprised. Got a antico personal pizza which is supposed to be ultra thin NY style pizza. No flop but it was a small. Crust has great texture, sauce is a little greasy but nice flavor. Pepperoni is excellent. Cheese is good.

Not much crunch, could be better if left in oven longer. I’d eat here again.
