NY style thin well done.. the crust is elite. Pepperonis perfect with the grease in the cup.. very good sauce. Perfect amount of cheese. This place exceeded expectations! I’ll be back! Be good do good god bless go bills

Kudos to Dave Portnoy for turning me onto thin crust cheese pizza, My Fav! Pietrini is the best I’ve found in thin crust category. I order well done for that perfect crisp char. Also they get so busy for the few hours they are open, best to order to go.

Quality ingredients give this pizza a very nice flavor. I like a greasy pie and the NY Style offering delivers that well. The crust was chewy and had full flop all the way back to the crust. Crust reminded me of Z Pizza. No crunch in any bite, but was better than most in the area. 7.0 is not a rookie score… just didn’t want to give them a 6.9 based on them being better than others in the area, even though the bar is pretty low.

it’s too floppy and too greasy, BUT the sauce and cheese are excellent. The dough although not cooked how I’d like is also of good quality. the fine quality of the ingredients are gonna be the saving grace and get this pizza in the 7’s. Very nice place and very good service by the way!!

The only authentic New York style pizza in Orange County imo. Haven't tried the Napolean but I heard it's really good too. Order well-done if you want it the Dave way.

Solid Neapolitan style, wood-fired oven pizza. Nice tang to the sauce. Crust is underwhelming, but decent.

I left the NY style pizza rest for about 10 minutes as we ate the napoletana pizzas (also great). The NY style pizza has great crust, and the body of the pizza had crunch to it once it settled.

Probably the best thing crust in the area. Great crust, not super strong on flavors but good pizza. Great vibe inside and out.

Ingredients are top quality. The sauce is tangy, crust is crunchy yet not hard perfectly soft. Cheese pulls well but is very mild. Amazing pizza.
