This is a great pizza that offers many positives. Cheese to sauce to dough ratio is spot on. Super thin brick fired pizza. Pepperoni is cut on the thicker side which I like and it runs a touch on the spicy side…again another positive in my book. My only real negative was there is a lot of flop from the middle of each slice towards the center.

Pretty solid pizza. I really enjoyed how thin and crispy it was. The crust is pretty good too.

Happy New Year!! Pizza looked like a neapolitan pizza. But the crust was a little firmer than a typical Neapolitan. Everything was great and fresh. Pepperoni was think cut and had good flavor. Definitely check it out. Not typical everyday pizza, but it was awesome.

Crispy crust with fresh basil makes this pie one of the best in the area. The cheese and sauce are great, and the pepperoni is the curly/thick kind. Definitely a low 8 pie.
