Pizza Review
Alright, Pie.Zaa, Charlotte, North Carolina. Place has that cool, lowkey rock vibe going they’re blasting Deftones, Flyleaf, and Chevelle while you wait. Immediately feels like you’re back in 2005 in the best way possible. We grab a slice Not Your Mom’s Slice; chicken and penne right on top. Pasta on pizza, bold move. Could go either way, but these guys pull it off. Comes out hotter than hell, like scald-your-tongue-if-you’re-not-careful hot. But once it cools just enough? Absolute heater. Pasta’s cooked perfect, chicken’s seasoned just right, crust’s got that undercarriage crunch but still soft inside they know what they’re doing. Seven bucks a slice, yeah, pricey, but it’s massive. It’s a full lunch in one hand. Add their ranch? Forget about it. Brings it all together, creamy, little tang elite combo. Between the vibe, the music, and that slice Pie.Zaa absolutely delivers. 8.7 out of 10. One bite, everybody knows the rules.
