Piezano's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Walking into the joint, It had an old classic Italian pizza shop vibe. Nice old classic ovens and a family of staff making pizzas. The restaurant as well as the pizza itself smelled amazing. It was very fresh, right out of the oven. The pizza looks like something I would see in NEPA. Good sauce/cheese ratio, thin crust, with some good bubbles. Sauce I would say is more on the sweet side with a little tang, I liked it. Cheese was a good blend, didn’t taste like cheap processed cheese. The pizza was not greasy. The bite had a good crunch. It’s a good pizza Frankie, ya can’t go wrong this pizza.
