Went to Pinemoor and ordered the Chicago gold medal standard sausage pizza. The outside edges of the crust were like a saltine cracker, very crunchy and hollow in the middle. The rest of the crust was ultra thin and very floppy. The center pieces were a complete mess. The sauce was thick and had a bit of sweetness to it. It almost was like straight tomato paste out of the can. It was not my favorite sauce. Very standard Mozzarella cheese that had a good flavor. The highlight of the pizza was the sausage. The sausage pieces were large and very flavorful.
