Pinocchios Pizza & Subs

Pinocchio’s Pizza! This spot has been around since 66’! Local spot out in Cambridge right in Harvard Square. This was actually the first pizza I tried when I moved here a couple of weeks ago. Solid pizza! Decent crust, it wasn’t as crispy as it could of been. It was a little lite on the sauce, and didn’t quite have that mmph and spice I personally look for in a sauce. The cheese was solid, not overloaded which was nice. It was pretty greasy in the middle. But overall it’s a solid pie. You go out with your boys, taking a break from Harvard classes, grab some beers and hit Pinocchio’s, you won’t be disappointed. ***Side note, when I reheated it later, the experience was much better with a crispy crust***

Can’t get enough of this Sicilian crust! The best!

Best pizza in Harvard square no question and maybe even Boston

First time trying Sicilian Style. I liked it, not a lot though. A little greasy, too heavy, and needed more tang. Fantastic crisp though.

A Greek esque Sicilian slice. Crispy crust with a thick, heavy, body. Red sauce is flavorful. Layer of cheese is perfect pull-away consistency

This is football pizza! Solid pizza. Wish the sauce had a little more kick to it. Cheese is good. Crust was ehh. Good pizza but could use a kick to be great.

Light, airy, good flavor in the sauce. Nice crunch as well. I've ordered a pizza from here before which I think is better than this slice. That was more in the high 7s or even low 8s.

Greasy and cheese falls off, super crispy on the bottom and soft.. no flop...but it tastes like a piece of pizza that is separated by its cheese and bread... 6.9 I guess... I expected better from Boston pizza, hope I’m not too picky

Decent amount of flop, terrific crust, cheese is not bad. Lots of grease keeps it from 8 but really good pizza overall

Very impressed with this place the hype is real regular slice definitely 7.5 good sauce Good tang good crust Sicilian pepperoni 7.3 Good sauce good crust nice basil taste would definitely go back 🙌🏾

After Regina’s, this is, in my opinion, the best slice you can get in the Greater Boston area. Lovely pan-induced crunch on the bottom, and airy soft dough on top holds an outstanding cheese/sauce combo. Never disappoints.
