Pin-up Pizza

This pizza place is located in Harrah’s in Laughlin. I have eaten here many times and most often just get a slice. They also sell whole pizza in smaller sizes that are really different from the huge 30” pizzas on display. The difference besides freshness is in the crust (smaller is better than the pizza sitting out). Most folks will just buy a slice and that is what I am reviewing! These are pretty heavy pizzas even though the crust is not overly thick. The crust center is somewhat doughy. They could bake them longer I think. Flop is not bad and they are somewhat crispy. The sauce is pretty bland and basic. Cheese is pretty good quality but does not have much taste to it. Toppings are plentiful but again lacking in taste. This pizza looks much better than it is. Recently Pin Up has been open only on weekends. It is hard to believe that a restaurant serving pizza in a casino couldn’t generate enough business to be open 7 days a week. This may speak to the quality of the product they serve. I wish it was better then it is!
