Piper's Scratch Pizza Shop

Can’t believe I’m agreeing with Dave again. This is a really good pizza. The cheese is flavorful and plentiful (I suspect extra cheese could cause chocking). The sauce and dough are both very good as well. Worth a try if you’re in the area.

Solid pie. Nothing to drive out of your way for. I enjoyed the sauce but I would rate this a solid 7.1.

Honestly the cheese was a little lacking, it’s wasn’t bad but I’d give it closer to a 7.1. I had to increase the score a bit bc we also had the piperoni pie and that one was absolutely fantastic. That one is say 7.9 so I’m going to average them out and go with 7.5

From out of town and had to rely on the pizza community on where to get the best slice…Piper’s did not disappoint!! The Piperoni was on point! Little flop since the pizza was so big (18”) and not the crispiest, but I’ll take flavor all day over those things. Hot honey is a game changer on the pizza!

Cooked to perfection not greasy great flavor great sauce to cheese ratio excited about their specialty pizzas.

We ordered the Piper oni and the Marley Meatball. Good pizza, light and crispy crust, sauce tastes homemade. Again light but zesty. The hot honey drizzle was a really nice touch. Will def be back to try another pie.

Pizza review time. You’re not likely to find a better, tastier pizza in Tampa Bay. Quite simply, Piper’s has it going on, from scratch made dough and a tangy sauce, to Grande mozzarella, generous toppings, and zero flop on the slice. A Piper’s pie is a mouthwatering experience down to flavor town. The scores in the 8s are right on point, and this shop in Palm Harbor won’t disappoint. It’s my go to spot, and the staff (including the family who own the shop) is absolutely terrific. Book it, danno.

Nice under, no flop. Really tasty pizza for this area. I recommend their signature Piper-roni.

Very unique using hot honey on pizza! Boutiquee, very good. Will eat here again.

Very good right pizza. Almost no flop. A little bit of grease. Would go over an 8 but the sauce isn’t the best and was very light. Overall though great pie would definitely get it again. Noah gave it a 7.4.

Probably some of the better NY Style you’ll find in the Tampa area. Crisp on both sides. Good pepperoni.

Shocked by how good pizza down here has been. Can’t go wrong with a place called Giovanni’s though. Didn’t blow my balls off but quite good!

Being from New York, and always having a high standard. This pizza was fantastic! Definitely meet my expectations. Dough tasted great, had a nice chew, cheese was phenomenal, as well as the sauce. We also got a pepperoni pie, phenomenal stuff! 9.2 because it was unfortunately delivered cold.

Fantastic pizza made with locally sourced ingredients. Owners were incredibly friendly and proud of their product. A solid contender for best pizza in Pinellas.
