Bland, boring, and served cold. I think it would have been a high six if it was cooked longer and wasn’t an ice cube when I picked it up.

Could’ve been higher if it was warmer but that was my fault. No Sedona flop, high quality ingredients and a solid crunch

First thing I noticed while pulling into Pisa Lisa was that all the parking barriers were painted 🇮🇹, good sign. This is a thin, crispy, fancy pizza. It’s dry, but in a way that creates a clean bite, not a desert dry. (Although this is a Sedona desert pie) The crisp under-carriage supports the zesty sauce and a solid blend of fresh cheeses. This is my style pie, which is why the rating is high. As for the ambiance: date spot, local bar spot, gelato freezer, tequila cocktails. There’s a lot going on here but I’m into it. Lastly, fire tee.. about to scoop a medium.

The Mom’s (red) sauce is awesome. Pizza cooked perfectly with a crisp. New be bored eating this again

Excellent crunch on the crust. Significant flop and slightly greasy, but overall a very good pizza.

After a full day of hiking and swimming, I could have asked for a better wood fired Margherita. It was perfect.

Had the margarita. Potentially could be football pizza is you go with classic toppings but probably not. It’s borderline between fancy pizza and normal pie. Little black around the crust. It is quality cheese no doubt. Little bit of Sedona flop. Pretty solid.

Margherita with BAKED, not draped, prosciutto. Very thin crust, some parts blackened (not a fan), yummy tangy sauce, schnibley on the cheese. Next time I’d order double cheese and then the score would be an 8+.

Margarita pizza- good red sauce. Tasty crust.- a bit chewy. Great spice blend. Tiny bit blackened— Fire Baked flavor .
