Pistana Brothers

This review caught me a little off guard. Based on the scores that this place has gotten, I really wasn't expecting anything good here. I say this all the time but it's one of my main factors that I use to score slices. If the crust is thin and crispy then it's a high 7. This slice was razor thin with no flop whatsoever. Super crispy with every bite. They might need to step up the sauce game a little bit and it could push to a 7.9. I'm impressed.
