Pitfire Pizza

Crust is good flavor, was a little floppy, and a little too chewy. Excellent in the house Aioli sauce. Sausage has a strong fennel flavor, loved it wished there was more on the pizza. The pepperoni pizza was made like a margarita with pepperoni on it, not my favorite so prepare if you are a pepperoni fan.

2 cheese pizzas. Light crisp and no flop. You can taste the pride in the sauce. Really surprised to get pizza this good after 9:30pm.

Excellent sauce and good sourdough-mixed dough. Tried a couple different ones and you really can’t go wrong with any.

Probably some of the best pizza in Orange County. The crust was the most crunchy I’ve had in the area without being burnt. This place would have a higher rating in the app but someone ordered vegan then complained about it smh

Solid flavor, solid ingredients. Run of the mill. Nonetheless still satisfied the pallet

Rookie score but just couldn’t give it anything lower or higher tbh. Crust good sauce good definitely a place you would go to again.

Vegan ricotta isn’t very good. Crust is good but the center is undercooked. They must have a rookie back there flipping pizzas. Dough is scrunched up in many spots. Lots of room for improvement

Good crisp. Little to no flop. Fresh ingredients. Overall pretty good pie.

Light. Good crisp. Nice tangy sauce. Good quality ingredients in general. Could easily eat 2 to 3 of these pies. Would like a little more sauce.

Good wood fired pizza. No flop which was impressive and very yummy sauce with a nice tang. Service can be slow at times. But decent flavor and cooked very well.

Top notch. This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. Perfect crust, flavorful sauce, fresh mozzarella. Delicious
