Piza Kama - Scratch Pizza Bar

A true gem of a spot and worth the travel. The dough is light airy a wonderful chew and delicious taste to it with a nice charred crust. It’s Neapolitan style so don’t be surprised by the bit of flop but it’s fantastic. For the pepperoni the sauce was light and provided a savory tang. The mozzarella was unique as it was pieces as opposed to shredded but melted well and had a nice pull. The pepperoni was delicious as you can tell by the picture. They are “Tokyo” inspired and I recommend trying some of their other specialty pies. A fantastic and unique pizza that’s a go to whenever I’m out in big bear.
