Pizano's Pizza and Pasta

I need to preface this review by letting you know that I am not a fan of deep dish pizza. With that being said, this is definitely some of the better deep dish pizza I have ever had. For sure a more tasty slice than Lou Malnati’s and Giordanos. The cheese was great, very fresh, thick, and not greasy. Big fan of the sauce too, with its large chunks of tomatoes in it. What separates this pie from other deep dishes, is that it has a crispy and thin bottom crust with no flop. I like that, but the crust is a bit dry as a result. This is a heavy pizza, I wouldn’t want to eat more than one slice.
