Not really sure what this pizza community is thinking with the pretty average scores… this is some of the best buttery deep dish crust around — and when it’s used for thin like we opted for this evening, it’s pretty spectacular. We got a half cheese and a half mushroom and sausage. Sausage was really good but I’d probably just go for the cheese next time. Cheese had a really good, fresh Moz flavor, and the tomato sauce add a really nice tanginess to it. The crust is where it’s at though. Flaky, buttery, almost a sourdough tartness. The best. Seriously don’t sleep on this place, the deep dish is good but the thin is possibly even better.
