Pizza Review
I’ve had Pizaros Neapolitan and Detroit style before and I was a massive fan, so came in here with high expectations, which usually sets me up for disappointment. Not today! Sauce had some tang and meshed great with the cheese. Crust had an almost sourdough like quality to it. Too many “NY Style” places in Houston take that to mean oversized mass produced and bland crust, with cheese piled high to overcompensate. Breath of fresh air. Great pizza
