Pizza 151

Honestly this place has be all out of sorts. To start off I got the sweet sauce slice. It may have been if not was the sweetest sauce I ever had. It tasted more of a honey sauce rather then a sweet sauce. The crust on it was fresh and solid and it didn’t have much crisp underneath. After getting all discombobulated by the sweet sauce slice I got the traditional to see the difference. The traditional had a bit of a weirder taste. The undercarriage and crust was about the same but the flavor had me thrown off again. Both slices didn’t have bad flavor, just was a bit of a blindside hit to the taste buds. I don’t really know where else to go with this.

Got both the traditional and the sweet sauce. damn it’s the sweet is fucking sweet. Tastes almost like a biscuit with some honey butter. The first bite was good, but it’s so sweet towards the end I’m pretty sick of it. Crust was very exceptional. Traditional slice had a bit of a spice taste to it. Not the biggest fan of either of the slices, but the sweet was better. Each pizza had a lot of flavor to them, but it wasn’t necessarily good flavor.

As you Cavan see I little lite on the pepperoni and that also runs true on the sauce. It’s doughy pizza not great but not horrible either.
