Alright Frankie, Pizza 216 on Euclid Ave in downtown CLE. Wood fires oven pizza. Good crisp on this one, zero flop. Maybe a tad over cooked, but I like it that way. Flavor of the sauce is good, quality cheese, not too greasy. Would go into the 8’s on this but the pizza was a little over cooked so for that it’s a 7.8. Good pizza, quality ingredients, nice staff on hand. That’s a review.

One bite, everybody knows the rules. No flop, good crust. Quick in and out but quality pizza

Some flop but tastes great. Will burn your face off. Good crunch.

Not your grandmas piece of pie but don’t sleep on this. This was more of your thin crust variety with very light sauce. Overall i enjoyed it I’ll be back if I’m passing thru. Atmosphere was pretty legit.

Fantastic pie. Possible best in The Land. Great flavor, amazing crunch, coal fired crust, soft and light as a feather. Would straighten my hair for this pie
