Terrible…. Don’t even try it. Sweet sauce, zero crisp

This pizza surprised me. It had really good taste, a nice crunch to the crust, and was much thinner than a lot of Buffalo pizza. The only complaint I have is the grease. There was a lot of it, so much so that paper towels were needed to make it manageable. That is the only thing keeping this pizza from being in the mid to high 7 range. If you’re on Grand Island, I do recommend this place.

I’ve had their mobile pizza truck two weekends in a row now. The pepperoni is thin and cupped and charred beautifully. Sauce and cheese are tasty. Very good.

$11 for this isn’t the greatest deal, but the flavor is really good. Love the mozzarella and the oil. Crust was a let down but I like it.

Very good crisp pizza, little flop but delicious pie

Excellent pizza. Best on the island. Deceptively floppy as the cheese is a little heavy, but the wood fire approach gives the undercarriage a nice crisp. Crust is phenomenal, even with the burnt bubbles.

Thin, good taste, and crispy. Great pizza taste with good ingredients. Crispy crust, a bit burnt but it adds to the taste. Wood fire pizza that delivers, not a disappointment.

The wood fire cook just hits differently. The pepperoni, dough, crust, cheese all are fantastic and the little spice I’m getting from it is goat worthy. Side note wings are bomb

This place is located inside the Grand Island Mart. I don’t have high expectations for “gas station” pizza, even if it’s another business inside the gas station. First off, great flavor (I love the wood fire taste) great cheese but that’s it. It did have a crispy bottom BUT I had to pull this pizza apart with my teeth. It reminded me of really cheap frozen pizza when you had to take a bigger bite because it would tear off near the crust. Pass on this location, the dough needs a lot of work.

Signature wood fire cheese pie; sauce was bland and light, cheese okay, crust good, smelled like garlic bread. Not worth the money.

This is my First Pizza review on the app, the app IS sex so this gets a solid 6.9 very good wood fire pizza, could have used more sauce, the crust filled my mouth with flavor, I’m not mad at this pizza. I’m still a rookie at reviews but this was a nice way to start
