Pizza Antica

The cheese is very rich and flavorful, sauce is nice (both seem good quality) and the crust on the thin ish side. Biggest issue is how doughy the crust is which was a surprise given its a brick oven cook, no crunch at all. Respectable pizza but crust is holding it back.
