Sauce: Sauce was very savory with very little sweetness. It was not overwhelming and I think the balance of sauce to cheese was perfect.
Cheese: The cheese was definitely greasy but it tasted amazing. It wasn’t the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had but it’s more than I’d like. However, the cheese had great flavor and held really well.
Crust: The crust was fluffy on the inside with a great undercarriage. Almost no flop. It was easily foldable and was crispy on the outside.
Value: This pizza was over $20 for a large which was a little more expensive than I’d like. It was a good pizza but when you can get a plain cheese for $18 at other places that are the same or better quality, it loses some points on that.
Overall: While this isn’t my favorite pizza of all time, it was super solid. Also, the staff member was super friendly so that earns them some more points. I’d definitely go back and recommend other people to go there. Really great!
