OK, here. We are on a rainy Wednesday. Right before Memorial Day weekend. Now I’ve done this place before, but I had it delivered to the house. Which you know affects the taste and the score. In 2019, I gave it a 6.8. And I’m running at a local places to go, so I have to start doing re-rates, for places that I had delivered. So let’s go. Now it looks good, and I’m hoping it is. I have to say, I am pretty good at this, and my original 6.8, kinda holds up. Now it is a tad bit more crispy than last time, it does have some good taste. Since it’s right out of the oven, I’m gonna bump up the score a little bit, so in our re-rating, this went from a 6.8, in 2019, to a 7.2. Not bad. Good crunch, decent taste, let’s go.
